"Right now, it's very hard for a lot of people to even find a primary care provider who's willing to work with them." - Kellan Baker, John Hopkins University

The user base for this project was predominately female between the ages of 18-39 who are looking to find a healthcare provider that best understands their needs. The main areas of focus were customized questionaires, tailored doctor bios, and a simple scheduling flow. Medela needed to provide unbiased information so users could confidently find a doctor that aligns with their specific needs.

TOOLS USED

By creating a path that connects users and physicians with similar gender, race, ethnicity identities, and allies, users will feel more comfortable accessing healthcare and feel confident in their doctor’s ability to communicate and effectively treat their needs.
